One Last Ride

Hi guys so just a sad announcement, this is my last post :( that being said, I'm going to make this post the best one yet! so I started a new hobby. I am actually writing my first book. How ironic is that?! from a person that literally despises reading, I am writing a book. Now some of you guys are thinking, "I thought you had dyslexia Jalen?" Well, I went to the specialist and they said that it was negative so I was right all along. Stupid article. Should have ignored you and kept playing Call of Duty. Although I did learn something with that experience.. Anyways! Back to the book. The book is called, "Living the Teenage Dream (or something in that direction)". LTTD is about my life starting from 5th grade to current and I'm currently working on chapter 2 and so far its a blast. So I went to go Furious 7 midnight release, Oh.. My.. Goodness.. Literally the best movie they've made. I'm not going to lie, the ending had me tearing up when they showed the montage of Paul Walker, but there was this one girl behind me that just lost it. Like, you know when you're just balling your eyes out to the point that you make those ugly faces? that was her. What topped it all off, just cause she did that, it made half the theater just lose it. When the movie hit the credits and the lights went on, I had to leave, The intensity was just too real for me to handle. Ahh.. such a fantastic movie. Well done Paul Walker. Well done. But as they say, "it has come to an end". Preposturous pt. 2

So last time I posted a blog, I found out that I has "Dyslexia". I still find it a joke, despite that it's getting harder to read aloud. I begin to say words that aren't even in the sentence and the words begin to mingle around like my social life. But I still think is a joke. so I asked my mom to get me examined to see if this is true. so today I will be getting examined to see if I do have "dyslexia". Ever since that day, I have been doing research about it. I wouldn't say I'm scared but.. never mind, I'm scared haha. But you guys will find out the results next time. well its time for me to go. wish me luck! see yah!

Preposterous

Hey guys! so the last time I said that I actually read something. Well I read something else yesterday. I was just chillaxing at home you just destroying everybody on Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare on my PlayStation 4 and the mail came so I went and got it and there was normal college and athletic mail. But there was a magazine that had my name on it and it had an article that had a self evaluation to see if you have Dyslexia. It caught my eye so I finished the match and began to read it while I'm waiting for the next match to start. So I did the self evaluation. and I thought I was completely fine, well I lied to myself so badly. My result was A really Strong possibility of Dyslexia. I was like nah, that cant be. so I took it again, and this time it said Definite Possibility of Dyslexia. I was freaking out. like it was worse than a rich child being told no for the first time. It was bizarre. So I turned off my PlayStation and went on the computer to research this preposterous theory of dyslexia. I took more test and the results were the same. So it looks like I have dyslexia(even though I still think its a bunch of hoop-la). Well looks like i'm out of time. see yah next time!

I actually read..

Hi guys, in this blog, i will be talking about a book. Now, according to my last blog, you can obviously tell that reading books equals a HUGE no no. But I have been doing something involved with books. I mean, i placed a bet that if I don't read a something by the end of the school year, i cant go to prom. well.. i'm home schooled now so prom doesn't even matter now haha. but I took it consideration, and found a loop hole. they never said anything about reading magazines. so I found this ESPN Magazine when I was at the doctors for my adorable 2 month old cousin Krischan. when I found this magazine, I was like "Oh my goodness!" I found something to win the bet. There was pretty interesting stuff in there. The magazine contained some funny jokes on how the Seahawks passed the game to the Patriots this passed Super Bowl. Still really upset about that game.. Anyways, as I was saying. They also had some really cool basketball debates. They were debating whether if my Favorite player of all time, Derrick Rose will be healthy enough to compete in the NBA All-Star Game. When i finished reading that, I called up my mom and told her that I read something. Unfortunately, I still cant go to my Junior prom :( But hey, it's life. you always don't get your way every time. Today, I took a quiz about books that I enjoy reading. After I finished the quiz, My top two results were sports and comedy. As an athlete and a class clown, I felt like my results were literally a written description of my life. Okay, so the last time I've read a book was when I was in physical school last January. For my assigment in my English class, the teacher told the class to read "The Scarlet Letter". Oh my Goodness, I've never struggled on old school literature in my life. Although, this was my first time reading that kind of book, but to be honest with you, I will never read another book like that ever again.
